[size=45] The Dutch Minister of Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation, Liesche Schreinmacher, said that her country is ready to help the Kurdistan Region in order to diversify its economy.[/size]
[size=45]In an interview with Kurdistan 24, she indicated that she had discussed with Kurdistan Prime Minister Masrour Barzani the file of diversifying the economy, and that her country had experience in that.[/size]
[size=45]The Dutch minister explained that the two sides are looking to the future, which will contribute to enhancing cooperation prospects, especially agriculture, trade and water management.[/size]
[size=45]She added that Prime Minister Masrour Barzani said that the Netherlands can help the Kurdistan Region in these areas, and that the region's doors are open to Dutch companies.[/size]
[size=45]"We are very keen to cooperate with the Kurdistan Region and its government," Schreinmacher said, noting that the Dutch always work with governments, private companies and scientific institutions when it comes to the agricultural sector.[/size]
