    22:23:43 2/2/2016 | (Voice of Iraq) - Baghdad, Mr. Prime Minister, Dr. Haider al-Abadi confirmed that Iraq's position in the international environment took a greatly enhanced and that the nations of the world look at Iraq and its people and overcome the difficulties and challenges and achieve victories, look impressive and appreciation, noting that the choice of the city of Baghdad as the first Arab city named creative cities by UNESCO is a testament to the strength and vitality of this people and the index positively on the cultural and civilizational and cognitive activity. this came in a cabinet meeting held on Tuesday, February 2 2016and accept sovereignty developments in the economic and financial situation in light of the decline in world oil prices drop imports, directed to take necessary measures and solutions. the confirmation of the interest in the situations of the families of martyrs and wounded and disabled, the cabinet decided to distribute cut residential land to the families of the martyrs, the wounded and disabled people in Baghdad and the provinces. the Park Council of Ministers for the Iraqi people qualified for the Olympic team football for the Olympics Brazil, the Council decided to grant cut land, housing for members of the Olympic team and staff training and administrative candidate for the finals of the Olympics Brazil, to support and to encourage them to provide better results and raise their country's name in international forums. in support of the electricity sector, the cabinet decided to approve the establishment of the Ministry of Finance to pay an amount of fifty billion dinars per month for the oil ministry from the Ministry of Electricity allocations in the federal budget for the year 2016 (for the purchase of fuel for power production), and the amount of (1 billion dinars) billion Iraqi dinars per month as wages transport fuel stations mentioned as of 01.01.2016, as the Council of Ministers decided to approve the adoption of the recommendation of the Committee on energy No. ( 1) taken Bgelsthe (17) at the 09/11/2015 to invest in high-pressure power transmission networks. and discussed the cabinet problem Mosul Dam and the need for treatment and decided to approve the establishment of the Ministry of water resources to refer the implementation of the rehabilitation project of the Mosul Dam and maintenance to a company (Trevi Italian) according to the offer of the company mentioned in its letter dated 01/28/2016 exception of the Implementing Regulations of government contracts (2) for the year 2014 and authorize the ministry earlier signing of the contract with the company in question. the Council decided to approve the settlement trusts that have been deducted from covered by the Council of Ministers resolution No. (118) for the year 2014 and for the period from the date of 01.01.2015 until 07.31.2015 (Komanat and suspended in the financial records) the date of implementation of the Council of Ministers resolution No. (282) for the year 2015 also approved the recommendation of the Office of legal Counsel in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers linking book and the Ministry of Justice with a number: 11/1/9/1353, dated 07.12.2015 amending cabinet decision No. (101) for the year 2014 on a settlement with the company (US Servas) to be a way to pay the settlement amount in one go instead of Tksath according to the conditions the settlement agreement. the cabinet approved the formation of a supreme committee under the chairmanship of the Minister of planning and the membership of representatives from the Ministry of Finance and the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the national Commission to invest not less than their degree from the director general, the Committee holds the above to do the purpose mentioned text of Article 15 of the Federal General budget on the promotion of investment law to make recommendations with a period not exceeding fifteen days from the date of issuance of this decision.the Council agreed to issue tasks of social protection body system, the auditor of the State Council, according to the provisions of Article (80 / second item) of the Constitution and Article 4 / item V) of social protection Law No. (11) for the year 2014, taking into account the opinion of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.Information Office of the Prime MinisterFebruary 2, 2016[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
