[rtl]Government reforms to Dr. Haidar al - Abbadi ( an objective presentation of theachievements and challenges)

2. Cancel ministerial positions of the ministries ( of human rights, the State for Women 'sAffairs, State for Provincial Affairs and Parliamentary Affairs, Ministry of State).

Restructuring of ministries by merging (Ministry of Science and Technology ,Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Ministry of Environment ,Ministry of Health, Ministry of Municipalities and the Ministry of Construction and Housing, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities Ministry of Culture).
