" 
    She explained , "With regard to customs, for example , if imported dealer material worth a thousand dollars central bank will demand this trader remarks thousand dollars three months later, according to the new regulations, but that is happening now is that the real value of the goods if the thousand dollars the customs evaluated dollars a hundred or fifty dollars, and it must address this by linking customs , banks that transfer for the purpose of knowing the true value of the imported goods. " 
    She continued , "With regard to the duration of the import license Fmdtha 3 months, which is not enough, because the trader takes time to go to complete the leave and then provided to the bank and folk transfer and goods are manufactured and shipped, and therefore you must be a period of leave a year." 
    The MP stressed, " the need for new instructions in this regard to complement the good version of the actions taken by the Central Bank and to serve the Iraqi economy."
