    Finance Committee in parliament, announced that it intends to appeal to the Federal Court 's instructions implementation of the financial budget due to the lack of compatibility with the financial budget for the current year the law. 
    Parliamentary Finance Committee, said in a press statement seen by (range), that " the Commission hosted the Minister of Finance Agency Abdul Razak al - Issa and general manager of the public debt department Salah al - Din Hamid Djaath, and the Director General of Budget Department nice Sami and Director General of Customs, Ministry of Finance Kazim Ali Abdullah, and has discuss the mechanisms of implementation of the general budget of the federal law. " 
    The statement added that " there was a discussion on some of the items in the government 's intention to appeal before the Federal Court , " noting that the Committee "formed sub - committees to follow up the implementation of materials and paragraphs of the budget and to consider the instructions issued by the Ministry of Finance to implement the law." 
    The statement emphasized that " the Commission showed the presence of some of the items in the instruction does not fit into the text mentioned in the budget law , which requires modified by the ministry or will be contested before the eyes of the Federal Court by the House of Representatives." 
    Finance Committee noted that it "discussed the topic of the meeting exchange allocations and accruals ministries, agencies and provinces and departments not associated with the Ministry and the emphasis on the principle of justice in the disbursement away from personal interpretations."
