The Russian Foreign Ministry called on Washington to agree to an impartial investigation into the events of Khan Sheikhan and to refrain from making decisions based on false reports prepared by false "non-governmental organizations," including "white helmets."
The Russian side also intends to discuss with Tillerson the situation in Libya, Yemen and Afghanistan, as well as the failure of Kiev to fulfill its obligations under the Minsk Agreements on settling the dispute in Ukraine and issues related to bilateral relations between Russia and the United States.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said that Moscow is determined to hold a constructive dialogue, and expressed the hope that Washington will show the same orientation during the talks.
