A member of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Ayed Al-Hilali, revealed, on Saturday, the reasons for the caretaker government’s attempt to satisfy the Kurdistan region at the expense of the people of the southern governorates, while calling on the political forces to stand against the recklessness of Mustafa Al-Kazemi’s government.

Al-Hilali told "The Information", "The outgoing Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, is working to satisfy the region to obtain the necessary support to try to renew his mandate to lead the country," stressing that "Al-Kazemi is very reliant on the Kurdish parties as a very strong player in the Iraqi political scene."
He added, "The issue represents a great danger, especially as it will be at the expense of the central and southern provinces, which suffer greatly from the damage committed by the Al-Kazemi government and its policy," noting that "large numbers of the families of the martyrs, the needy and the wounded who live in the southern provinces do not find enough daily food for them." .
A member of the Al-Fateh Alliance called on "the national Shiite political forces, to address the issue and stand seriously against the reckless methods and practices of the Al-Kazemi government against the southern provinces, and to give preference to the Kurdistan region," noting that "Al-Kazemi deals according to his own interest with the sons of Iraq."
And the representative of Basra province considered, earlier today, the policy carried out by the outgoing Al-Kazemi government in the southern and central provinces as akin to a war against its sons. Done/25 SR
