    Today, Thursday, the Federal Service Council set a condition for launching the recruitment form for holders of higher and first degrees.
    The assistant director of media and public relations in the council, Atyaf Issa Naim, said, "The food security law included the first to be appointed as well as the holders of certificates, and the book of the Cabinet Secretariat stipulated a merger between morning and evening regarding the first," stressing that "the Ministry of Education provided the Service Council with numbers Certificate holders and firsts.
    And she continued, "We have received orders to create job grades gradually, but the Service Council will not release the form without completing the arrival of the 74,000 grades in full."
    And she indicated that "the service board adopts the electronic system in its dealings, and it works 24 hours a day to complete the data."
    With regard to scientists, she explained that "3,791 job degrees were allocated to them, about 41,000 academics applied for them, and more than 7,000 applicants qualified for the second stage, and of these, the required number of job degrees was chosen according to comparison points."
