[rtl]The Stratforan Geopolitical Intelligence Forum confirmed that the maritime borders between Kuwait and Iraq are still a point of contention between the two countries, especially after the Federal Supreme Court ruled to invalidate the Khor Abdullah maritime border agreement, due to its incompatibility with the Iraqi constitution.

Which prompted Kuwait to submit a letter of protest to Iraq against a recent court ruling related to maritime navigation in Khor Abdullah.
