    [ltr]The report of the investigative committee on the Khawr Abdullah Agreement on the regulation of maritime navigation between the Republic of Iraq and the State of Kuwait.[/ltr]
    [ltr]According to the documents, "The report showed that there is no movement of ships to the Kuwaiti side in Khor Abdullah because the ports are far from Khor Abdullah, as it turned out that the agreement signed on April 29, 2012 by the Iraqi side, ie before the vote by the House of Representatives on 22 August 2013" .[/ltr]
    [ltr]The report added that "the activation of the Convention at this time does not benefit the Kuwaiti side to the lack of movement of ships belonging to Kuwait at the present time, as the port of Mubarak is still under way."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He continued that "the end of the Iran-Iraq war did not see any contribution by Kuwait to the direction of Khorabdullah channel, including the lifting of mines and cleaning and Criha."[/ltr]
    [ltr]The report recommended that "the Iraqi government should inform the Kuwaiti side to delay the entry into force of the Convention because there is no need to implement it at the present time," calling on parliament to assign a legal team and experts in the field of demarcation of the border to initiate a lawsuit in the Federal Court to challenge the Convention.[/ltr]
    [ltr]He pointed out that "the Iraqi government to file a lawsuit before international courts towards the location of the port of Mubarak, the Kuwaiti planned to be built in Khor Abdullah because it contravened Article 70 of the Law of the Sea."[/ltr]
    [ltr]The report called on the government to "adopt the mandate of a specialized team of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Transport, specialists in international law and border demarcation experts to challenge the competent courts and international bodies in the international resolutions issued until the demarcation of the border between Iraq and Kuwait."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He pointed out that "the government should not activate the railway agreement between Iraq and Kuwait unless the agreement is canceled Khor Abdullah."[/ltr]
