    Shafaq News/ The Ministry of Finance of the Kurdistan Regional Government issued, this Sunday evening, a clarification regarding financing the salaries of the region’s employees from the federal government in Baghdad.
    She said in a brief statement, received by Shafaq News Agency, that regarding the amount of 700 billion dinars that will be sent from Baghdad in the form of loans, it will be allocated to pay July salaries.


    Today, Sunday, the Federal Council of Ministers approved financing the Kurdistan Regional Government to pay employees’ salaries for the last three months, at a time when the Prime Minister of the Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, announced that he had reached an agreement with the Prime Minister of the Federal Government, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, regarding securing citizens’ salaries.
    An informed government source told Shafaq News Agency, “The Council of Ministers, during its regular session held today, agreed to finance the Kurdistan Region in the amount of 700 billion dinars to pay employees’ salaries for the last three months.”
