    Today, Tuesday, the Election Commission announced the final status of complaints received for the provincial council elections, while noting that the complaints were classified according to their grades into yellow and green.
    Jumana Al-Ghalai, spokeswoman for the Independent High Electoral Commission, said: “The Independent High Electoral Commission has so far received 453 complaints against the provincial council elections, including yellow complaints that the Commission does not take into account in form or content and are not immediately responded to, and among them are green complaints against observers, security services, or polling officials, and the Commission takes And it punishes those who are negligent." She stressed that the Commission has not received any red complaints yet.
    A judicial committee decides on complaints.

    Jumana Al-Ghalai says: The Commission has a judicial committee that will study complaints submitted against the electoral process. All complaints have been classified into yellow and green, and the Judicial Committee decides successively. On these complaints, work is still ongoing.
    She added: The decision on these complaints will continue for several days because they are many and most of them are yellow, and the Judicial Committee will submit the results of the complaints to the Board of Commissioners to take the necessary decisions regarding them.
    Announcing the final results .

    The spokeswoman for the Independent High Electoral Commission says: The final results will be announced. During the coming days, the Commission is now working on entering the manual counting and sorting data, and as you know, this process takes several days, especially the manual counting and sorting for special votes.
    She added: During the special vote, as you know, the military sectors are mobile, and someone from Anbar voted in Baghdad, and most members of the security forces and the displaced did not vote in their governorates, and this matter requires time to include their votes in the tables of their governorates, and God willing, the final results of the elections will be announced during the coming days.
    Announcing the number of seats

    , Jumana Al-Ghalai says: The Commission has formed special committees to include voters’ votes and count the votes of all candidates, and these committees will distribute seats to the winning candidates.
    She added: The Commission will announce the final results in the coming days, in addition to the number of seats for political entities and the distribution of quota seats for women and minorities, and now work is underway to enter the counting and manual sorting data, and God willing, soon the results and the number of seats for the winning candidates in each governorate will be announced.
