Former member of the House of Representatives, Ghaleb Muhammad, revealed today, Monday, that lawsuits have been filed in the Federal Supreme Court to win the decision to localize employees’ salaries directly with the central government, while he stressed that the salaries crisis is the region’s major problem at the present time.
Muhammad said in an interview with the Maalouma Agency, “The regional government rules out the issue of promotions and bonuses for employees,” noting that “the Federal Court can issue a firm decision to end violations of non-delivery of salaries.”
He continued, "The central government will rely on the decision of the Federal Court that is binding on all parties in the region's salaries crisis," pointing out that "the employee salaries crisis is the biggest problem that has affected the Kurdish people."
He added, "There are many objections to the compulsory savings file imposed by the regional government on employees," stressing that he "filed lawsuits in the Federal Supreme Court to win the decision to localize employees' salaries directly with the central government."
It should be noted that the Kurdistan government continues to refrain from performing its duties by refraining from handing over the salaries of the region’s employees under the pretext of not sending them from the central government, while it still continues to illegally seize oil export funds, as well as revenues from border crossings, and despite the government sending The federal government received more than 2 trillion Iraqi dinars in payments in the previous period. Ended/25/Y
