Al-Saeed told Al-Maalouma, “Iraq, Syria, and Yemen asked Russia and China to provide them with advanced air defense systems and defensive missiles, but Russia and China refuse for fear of the sanctions that could affect them.”
He explained, "This veto is to protect the Zionist entity."
