    [ltr]Member of the House of Representatives Mansour al-Baiji, on Tuesday, the Presidency of the Parliament to hold meetings cafeteria Parliament to ensure the presence of deputies.[/ltr]

    [ltr]He added that "the democratic process approved by the Iraqi constitution does not mean sitting in the cafeteria of the Council and interrupt the meetings to disrupt the quorum of the session, which causes not to be held because of political differences, but those who have remarks or objection to a law to sit at the table to find a suitable solution.[/ltr]
    [ltr]He said Baaiji, "There is a package of important laws and long-stalled and most important budget, which is not a particular party or a mass, but the whole country."[/ltr]
