Association of Private Banks organizes workshop «Operational Risks»

On Wednesday, the Association of Iraqi Private Banks organized an Operational Risk workshop at its headquarters in Baghdad.
The workshop was attended by risk managers in banks and their assistants. It aims to develop the participants' ability to identify operational risks and understand their impact, to manage the tools necessary to reduce operational risks, and to understand the process of calculating capital requirements related to operational risks.
The workshop will discuss on Thursday, Thursday, the classification of events of operational losses according to the decisions of the Basel Committee and contain the events of operational losses and contingency plans, as well as other axes.
