Ministry of Commerce announced in a statement broadcast media department and government communication that the Angels Companies Registration Department at the ministry completed the registration of transactions (85) Iraqi company during the month of July
The statement said that the department has issued several decisions concerning the amendment of contracts for companies distributed between increased capital of the company and change the activity in addition to the decisions of the company to integrate and write off and liquidation of companies.
He said, adding that the department has audited final accounts for national companies braved the (1034) the company has also been hauling (190) Iraqi company to Investigating Judge for violating the provisions of the Companies Act as well as the study of the accounts of the offices and branches of foreign companies and of (30) have also been studying the accounts of foreign companies Centre Parent and adult (17) and integrate the company accounts (22) and the liquidation of the company accounts (11) company.
The statement said the establishment of the Department of Registration of companies ratification of the minutes of meetings of the Constituent Companies Ltd. for the same month above the (136) Minutes addition to the ratification (3) minutes of the special meetings of the General Authority for joint stock companies and the presence of a representative circuit for the meetings of the General Authority of (6) Company and the announcement of the General Assembly meeting of (Cool, a joint stock company as the department approving the decisions of the General Authority for companies, people, Ltd. amounting to (937) Company and amend the contract (26), a limited company and selling shares of (59) and Merge (3) the company and liquidation (5) the company and write off (7) Company .
