There are many laws awaiting passage or their provisions being activated. The reason for this is due to political reasons represented by conflicts between parties that observers believe do not care, perhaps, about the interests of the citizen.
Others see the need for there to be a pact between the political forces that requires keeping conflicts away from the interests of the citizen, while emphasizing everyone’s commitment to it.
Popular circles demand the necessity of putting the interests of the people above all considerations, especially since the political forces exist to serve the citizen and overcome the difficulties he faces.
