    Baghdad today - Baghdad
Today, Tuesday (January 23, 2024), Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani affirmed the government’s support for the judiciary and its independence.
Al-Sudani wrote in a tweet on the (X) platform, followed by “Baghdad Today”, saying: “On the occasion of Iraqi Judiciary Day, we affirm our support for the judiciary, its independence and its constitutional status, and we renew our confidence that a fair judiciary is the most important pillar of a free, democratic Iraq that supports equality and justice.” We also remember the martyrs of the judiciary with greater reverence and gratitude.”
