Today, Thursday (February 1, 2024), the head of the Popular Mobilization Forces, Faleh Al-Fayyad, discussed with the Russian Ambassador, Albrus Kutrashev, joint cooperation in the field of combating terrorism.
A statement from the Commission, received by “Baghdad Today,” said, “Al-Fayyad received Kutrashev in his office in Baghdad, and during the meeting, bilateral relations between the two countries and the security and political developments taking place in the region were discussed.”
He added, "The two sides discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation and cooperate in exchanging experiences, especially with the Popular Mobilization Forces, which has a prominent role in combating terrorism and establishing security."
