Cabinet decisions at its thirteenth regular 2016
Council of Ministers was held today (29 March 2016) its regular thirteenth in 2016 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Dr. Haider al - Abadi issued several resolutions, the Council of Ministers has approved the recommendations of the tripartite committee formed under it Diwani No. (82) for the year 2015 for the study of the transfer of employees of the finance companies services self to the ministries and departments centrally funded.
In support of the peasants Council approved the pricing of wheat crop second - degree and third degree forage planting season (2015-2016), according to the following:
1 / wheat first class, the current price 700 000 dinars per ton, the price proposed headquarters under the decision Council of Ministers No. (18) for 2016.
/ 2 wheat second degree, the proposed price 600 000 dinars per ton.
/ 3 wheat , a third degree (fodder), the price of the proposed 500 000 dinars per ton.

He also agreed Council of Ministers to amend the Council of Ministers resolution No. (17) for the year 2014 on the draft air transport agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the governments of ( the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Tunisia and the Republic of Sudan, Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Yemen and the United Arab Emirates and Qatar and the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Italy and the Republic of Latvia and the Peoples Republic of China).
the Council agreed also to authorize the President of the national Investment Commission and the agency power to sign the United nations Convention on transparency in arbitration treaty-based investor-State, based on the provisions of Article (80 / item VI) of the Constitution. the
Council agreed on the Protocol Convention on the avoidance of double taxation and the exchange of information with respect to taxes on income and capital between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of Islamic Republic of Iran and that of ICON takes effect only after the ratification of the draft convention on avoidance of double taxation and the exchange of information with respect to taxes on income and capital between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran signed on 15.03.2013, as well as to approve the draft the ratification of the Convention on avoidance of double taxation Law and exchange of information with respect to taxes on income and capital between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of Islamic Republic of Iran.
