    Sistani issued a fatwa on the tribal separation in Iraq

    Najaf - Iraq Press - March 21: The religious reference to Ali al-Sistani on the tribal-religious divide in Iraq, which began to expand more recently.
    The referendum for the office of Sistani on "what is the rule of tribal separation recognized in Iraq for:
    1 Person or persons who determine the value of the chapter?
    2 person or people who take the chapter?
    3 Who gathers this chapter with satisfaction or coercion?
    4 Who hates others to pay the value of the chapter? "
    In his response, al-Sistani identified the legitimate rule of the tribal classes in Iraq by answering the above points according to the order:
    (1) If this is the ruling and the judiciary, it is not permissible except in their legal terms.
    Or if a proposal for reconciliation between the parties, for example, is not a problem if it does not waste the right of the owners of legitimate rights, such as lead to a large commitment less than his right without his consent or give the minor without his right to be a subsidy to injustice.
    2 - It is not permissible to take dismissal in two cases:
    1 - If the owner of the money gives it to him at the time of his death, and he is not legally entitled to it.
    Second: If the receivable is to be taken by a boy or a large one, he is not satisfied with taking the other as if the divorce was like a fatwa, and he was not the heirs of the deceased or those who had inherited him.
    3 They have nothing.
    4 It is not permissible to compel others to do so, unless they have a legitimate right. Finished
