Senior Adviser to the President of the Republic meets with U.S. economic delegation

Received the Senior Adviser to the President of the Republic d. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid in Baghdad Monday, the U.S. economic delegation. During the meeting, they discussed issues of energy, water and ways to develop water resources projects in addition to the agriculture file in Iraq. Senior Adviser listened to a detailed explanation submitted by the visiting delegation on the possibilities for cooperation and joint action in the areas of economy and projects so as to promote the relations between the two countries in this regard. Dr. Rashid stressed Iraq's keenness on the importance of cooperation and action in the light of the agreement signed between the governments of the two countries, Iraq and the United States.
