Saudi Arabia announces the dropping of a rocket launched by the Houthis towards Mecca

The newspaper pointed out that the opposition was carried out by forces stationed in the province of Taif, west of Saudi Arabia.

The group "Ansar Allah" Houthi had announced, earlier Thursday, that it targeted the King Fahd air base in the city of Taif, western Saudi Arabia, several medium-range ballistic missiles.
According to the agency "Saba" Yemen in its version controlled by the Houthis that the missile force of the army and the Popular Committees launched, this evening, "a number of medium-range ballistic missiles of type (volcano 1) on the base of King Fahd air in Taif."
The agency said, quoting a source in the Houthi missile force, that the ballistic missiles hit their targets accurately, leaving heavy losses at the base.
