"
He added that "this delay makes us lose credibility to the peasants after receiving promises to release their dues since the release of the amounts." He pointed out that "delaying the exchange with the end of the financial year means returning to the treasury of the Ministry of Finance, which makes us go back to square one.
Al-Tamimi stressed that the farmers desperately need to pay these dues to provide them with the necessary needs to complete their agricultural work and provide their families with food, calling for "resolving the differences and finding an appropriate formula as soon as possible and releasing those amounts before the end of the fiscal year.
