A source in the Council of Ministers, on Thursday, that the Council agreed to authorize the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/1398/%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D8%AC%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A9]Ministry of Commerce to[/url] contract the ration card items.
The source said that the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/953/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A1]Council of Ministers[/url] decided in its seventh regular session, held on 6/12/2018, to approve the authorization of the Ministry of Commerce, the power to contract on the ration card items exclusively.
He explained that the decision authorized the Ministry of Commerce, the power to contract, until the end of the current fiscal year on 31/12/2018, an exception to the provisions of Article (4 / b) of the implementation of the Federal General Budget for the fiscal year 2018.
