About 30 companies affiliated to the Ministry of Industry and Minerals participated in the "Made in Iraq" exhibition to promote local industry and encourage the purchase of their products.
The exhibition aims to enhance the national gross national product by activating companies and factories for the public and private sectors, in addition to creating a new area for communication with visitors, especially those benefiting from the public and private sectors.
The exhibition was launched last Sunday in its fourth edition, which was hosted by the Baghdad International Fair for five days, and presented more than 300 articles and a different brand bearing the slogan "Made in Iraq."

For his part, the director of media and relations of pharmaceutical company Samar Laith Saleh said in an interview with "Economy News" that "our participation in the exhibition in Iraq to come to the definition of the citizen products of pharmaceutical company Samarra," pointing out that "the pavilion of the company has seen a large turn of the owners of the past, A number of doctors and pharmacists. "
Saleh called for "increasing the proportion of the contract with the Ministry of Health for 2019 through Samarra pharmaceutical company, and we hope that the government to enact a law that requires the Ministry of Health to contract with the pharmaceutical company Samarra for the company's efficiency in the production of medicines."
