The head of the caretaker government, Adel Abdul-Mahdi, announced yesterday evening, after consulting with constitutional and legal experts from the people concerned, that he had taken a decision, which is to resort to voluntary absence, such as the Prime Minister, with all the consequent procedures and contexts.
He called for dissolving the parliament itself and organizing early elections on the fourth of next December after the elections law, electoral districts and the electoral commission for good.
