, Head of the Parliamentary Bloc of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Vian Sabri, said that intensive contacts are taking place between Prime Minister-designate Mustafa al-Kazemi and the Kurdish leadership on various issues.
Sabri said in a press statement that "there is a positive and deep understanding between Al-Kazemi and the Kurdish leaders, and it is welcomed by both parties."
Sabri has not indicated whether the names of the Kurdish ministers have been decided in the proposed formation, especially since there are objections from many Shiite blocs to the survival of Finance Minister Fouad Hussein in the next squad.
And she stressed, "The negotiations are taking place without preconditions from both sides."
