    The delegation included 26 urged Government officials and
    representatives of private sector companies in Dhi Qar Kuwaiti companies
    to invest in the province, the University launched a reliance on
    investment in Iraqi universities to achieve self-sufficiency.


    The Governor of Dhi Qar, told Hassan in a statement called for
    "features & status of the Iraqi media network": the visit of the
    Government delegation and representatives of private companies and
    businessmen to Kuwait last week resulted in agreement to develop
    economic and trade relations between the two countries.


    He added that the Kuwaiti side briefed the delegation on the investment
    opportunities in the province, dispelling fears of Kuwaiti companies
    and investors that the County unsuitable for investment and it's
    unstable.

    Meanwhile, Deputy Chairman of
    Dhi Qar governorate in a statement for "features & Centre for the
    Iraqi media network": the visit resulted in the signing of a protocol of
    cooperation in the cultural field to establish the culture and poetry
    contest.

    The delegation agreed with the
    Kuwaiti Chamber of Commerce and industry to increase trade cooperation
    and facilitate the entry of Iraqi merchants and businessmen to Kuwait,
    as well as facilitating visa (Visa), revealed that the next few weeks
    will see the visiting delegations of businessmen and companies to access
    field to existing investment opportunities especially in the sectors of
    housing, tourism and hospitality and tourism city.


    And in Dhi Qar University launched a separate experience to rely on
    investment in Iraqi universities to achieve self-sufficiency and funding
    of all research institutions and staffing.


    Teaching and Faculty of the University, Dr. Khalid Al-fartusi told
    "features & Centre for the Iraqi media network, on the sidelines of a
    seminar held by the College under the slogan" Iraqi universities and
    investment opportunities ": the Ministry of higher education has the
    experience and invited to incubate and support to move universities from
    being investment centers scientific institutions.


    To fartusi said that the Symposium, which was attended by a number of
    investment professionals and local government officials, focused on how
    to move the Iraqi institutions universities depend on State funding to
    productive institutions achieve self-sufficiency through put projects in
    the areas of health, agriculture, industry and livestock are linked
    directly to universities to production revenues to those universities,
    integrated hospitals and factories are coming to milk and its
    derivatives, revealing about that experience in a large number of
    countries.


    The first phase will be from which to create plants for the production
    of milk and dairy products and markets, saying that such experience
    application needs to allocate funds from the Ministry if the University
    is an investor, or open the prospects for cooperation with overseas
    investors, particularly investors trust Government institutions as a
    guarantee of their rights, adding that the Presidency of the University
    of Dhi Qar focuses on the need for effective application of the
    experience on the ground, as well as find some flexibility and some
    modifications in     Investment law so as not to be an obstacle to enter the capital and investors.
