Al-Jubouri said in a televised statement: "The dispute with the Minister of Finance in today's session is not personal, but 60 days have passed and we have not seen the economic reform paper," indicating that "we were surprised by his request today to borrow again."
He added, "The borrowing process is a failure and the vote on the borrowing law was reluctant," noting that "the answers of the Minister of Finance during today's parliament session to our verbal question about the reasons for not completing the reform paper were unconvincing." / End 10[/rtl]
