He explained, "The draft law seeks to recover the money of corruption through agreements with states and cooperation with international bodies," calling for "the formation of an international coalition to combat corruption."
He pointed out that “corruption is the political economy of violence,” calling on all institutions to “take a serious, decisive and resolute stand to confront the scourge of corruption, considering that it is no less dangerous than terrorism.”
