Today, Tuesday, the General Authority of Customs announced the issuance of a cabinet decision to exclude it from the instructions for implementing government contracts to implement some projects.
The Customs Authority stated, in a statement received by Mawazine News, that "the Council of Ministers, in its fifth regular session, held today, Tuesday (February 1, 2022) directed that the Ministry of Finance / General Customs Authority implement the project (installation of screens, bridge scales and sonar detectors) as an exception to Instructions for implementing government contracts.
The authority added, "This came as stipulated in the fourth paragraph of the decisions of the Council of Ministers taken today, as it stated: -
Approval of the following:
- The Ministry of Finance / General Customs Authority is implementing a project in the Ministry of Finance (installation of screens, bridge scales and sonar detectors). ), as an exception to the contracting methods stipulated in the instructions for implementing government contracts.” Ended 29 / p. 87
