Foreign Minister: The file of forming the new Iraqi government will be prolonged
Shafaq News/ On Saturday, Iraqi Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein ruled out the decision to form the next federal government in the near time, despite the passage of nearly seven months since the early legislative elections were held in the country.
Hussein said, in statements to the Saudi-funded Al Arabiya satellite channel, that "the government formation file will be prolonged, and there is no political breakthrough in this regard."
Regarding the file of the presence of foreign ISIS fighters in Iraqi prisons, the foreign minister said, "Many European countries do not want the return of ISIS fighters and their families."
