The governor of Dhi Qar stated, “We moved with the files of the three crises and knocking on the doors of decision-makers in Baghdad, to show them that the reconstruction funds alone will not be sufficient to rebuild Dhi Qar and restore comprehensive stability in it, unless it is accompanied by bold decisions that move the stagnant water and speak openly about the unspoken, the wounded. lawsuits, and unemployment.

And he went, “to the Prime Minister’s agreement to approach the Supreme Judicial Council to transfer cases from the anti-terrorism department to the departments in the local police for the purpose of surrendering themselves and closing this complex file, provided that this is in accordance with the law and without prejudice to the specialization of the judiciary.”
Hadi continues, "The appointments are not within the competence of the local government, but we presented the prime minister with three proposals to address the crisis, which include hiring them on contracts with oil companies in the province, appointing them to the lists of deletion and creation, or giving them monthly salaries from the Ministry of Labor."
Hadi went on to “the approval of the Prime Minister to refer the third request to the Ministry of Labor, and to postpone the first and second requests until the budget is approved.”
