The head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, proposed, on Wednesday, reducing the exchange rate of the dollar in order to pay harm to the citizen and the national economy.
Al-Maliki said in a tweet, "If the dollar exchange rate becomes 1375 dinars instead of 1450 dinars, we will pay the damage on the citizen and the national economy."
