, head of the Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, called, on Saturday, for the implementation of preemptive strikes to prevent the recurrence of the Kirkuk and Diyala incidents.
Al-Hakim said in a statement, a copy of which Mawazine News received: "We were shocked by the martyrdom and injury of a group of heroes of our valiant army and our popular mobilization, following treacherous attacks by ISIS terrorist gangs in Diyala and Kirkuk."
He added: "As we share their families' grief and sympathy, we urge the security leaders to secure the security-fragile areas and implement pre-emptive strikes according to solid plans to prevent the recurrence of these painful incidents." Ended 29 / H
