Today, Tuesday, the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, appreciated the approval of the Council of Ministers to adjust the exchange rate of the dollar.
Al-Mandalawi said in a tweet: "We appreciate the cabinet's approval of the decision of the Central Bank's board of directors to adjust the exchange rate of the dollar against the dinar, and we affirm our support for these efforts to relieve the burden of the people."
Al-Mandalawi called on the government to tighten control over traders and exchange rate manipulators to control the market, and to expedite the submission of the budget according to the new price.
Today, Tuesday, the Council of Ministers approved the decision of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Iraq to adjust the exchange rate of the dollar against the dinar, equivalent to 1,300 dinars to one dollar.
