Which is in the custody of the municipality and has never been rented, pointing to the defendant's confession of appropriating millions of dinars through illegal collections."
And she noted, "The organization of a fundamental report on the operation, and its presentation, along with the accused, to the competent investigating judge, who decided to detain them pending investigation, based on the provisions of Article (340) of the Iraqi Penal Code No. (111 of 1969)."
