[rtl]Baghdad / NINA /- The Parliamentary Finance Committee, chaired by Atwan Al-Atwani and in the presence of its members, held today, Saturday, a meeting in which it discussed the mechanism for making transfers between spending units based on the institutions' need in order to implement projects and investment programmes.
Al-Atwani, according to a statement by the Parliamentary Finance Committee, appreciated the efforts of the committee members in analyzing the items and checking the tables contained in the General Budget Law.
According to the statement, discussions took place on how to make transfers between spending units as needed, as well as adding financial allocations for development projects. / End 2[/rtl]
