    The representative of the Islamic Group bloc, Soran Omar, affirmed, on Saturday, his adherence to the inclusion of the paragraph to recover compulsory savings for the salaries of Kurdistan employees in the budget, accusing the Kurdistan government of trying to evade any commitment within the oil sale agreement.

    He added that "paragraph 14 has problems especially in the federal government’s dealings with the provinces of the region.” 
    He pointed out that “the region refuses in any way to pass Article 14 of the federal budget related to opening a bank account in which the region’s revenues are deposited under the supervision of the Central Bank.” The House of Representatives had decided to postpone the decision on several
