The President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, stressed today, Sunday, the necessity of following up on the decisions of the Article (140) Committee, stressing the importance of preserving the achievements achieved in establishing security and stability and improving the standard of living of citizens.
The Presidency of the Republic stated in a statement, “The President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, received at Baghdad Palace, the Minister of Justice, Khaled Shawani, and the Minister of Environment, Nizar Muhammad Saeed Amedi, in the presence of the member of the Supreme Committee for the Implementation of Article (140), Abu Bakr Siddiq, and a number of officials, and the meeting took place during The meeting discussed the security and political situation in the country, the city of Kirkuk and the disputed areas in particular, in addition to the relationship between the federal government and the Kurdistan region.
