The representative for Dhi Qar Governorate, Ola Al-Nashi, confirmed today, Wednesday, that Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani directed the governorates to raise the pace of services in them.
Al-Nashi said in an interview with Al-Maalouma, “Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani directed the service and ministerial effort to the necessity of working at an increasing pace in order to address the service reality in the governorates.”
She added, "Local governments in the central and southern governorates are required to make every effort to achieve the goals in construction and reconstruction."
Al-Nashi pointed out that "the coming period requires providing job opportunities and alleviating poverty rates in the governorates, especially the southern ones, which have suffered neglect over the past years."
The central and southern governorates suffer from many crises, lack of services, and a very poor standard of living, despite granting them huge financial budgets during the past two years and forming their own reconstruction fund. Ended / 25 Q.
