Light, bright and floral, this sparkling cocktail is the perfect starter for a spring brunch. It’s made using our mixer that combines the juices of slightly sweet Meyer lemons with the Japanese citrus fruit known as yuzu.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 fl. oz. (30 ml) yuzu-Meyer lemon cocktail mixer
    • 1 fl. oz. (30 ml) St. Germain or elderflower liqueur
    • Prosecco, to taste

    Directions:

In a Champagne flute, combine the cocktail mixer and liqueur. Top with Prosecco and serve immediately. Serves 1.
