2. activate all the Provincial Council resolutions relating to the security file, including the election of the chief of police and director of intelligence, counterterrorism and internal affairs.

3. a general amnesty for members of the army, police and border police and other security agencies IDPs and retarded for enrollment.

  4. Cancellation investigative boards against the employees of the police and border police and all employees of the Interior forms until the liberation of Mosul , and to keep their grades.
