    Baghdad / NINA /-- Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari said Iraq is looking forward to closer relationship with Kuwait.

    Kuwait Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah said in a joint press conference with Zebari : "The discussions with Iraq are successful adding :" Kuwait will demand the Security Council, in light of the progress made by Iraq regardin his international obligations to be moved from Chapter VII to chapter VI of the UN Charter " . / End
