    Transportation Iraq established airline company and approaching American University for "activating twinning"

    Ministry of Transport announced, on Sunday, the founding airline Iraq air carrier, and as pointed out Overture aviation University US for "activating twinning" with the ministry, has invited airline companies to global order tobenefit and exchange of experiences. The 
    ministry said in a statement received "long" version of it , that " the transport Minister Kazem cup erythema presided over the day, the monthly meeting of the ministry 's opinion in the presence of the inspector general of the ministry Caesar Ahmed and artistic agent and administrative agent and Gentlemen general managers in the ministry and formations." 
    the statement added that " the meeting discussed the preparations to visit the tenth of Muharram and effort service , which is located the responsibility of the ministry and its formations concerned after coordinating efforts with the concerned authorities in the holy city of Karbala in order to harness the full potential of theministry to transport visitors plan. " 
    the statement pointed out that" public body in the Ministry of transport has voted unanimously to revise theterms of contract (AtlasGlobal) with the Ministry and discussed in detail , "noting that" it was to vote toapprove the establishment of airline Iraq company. " 
    the statement continued that" the body of opinion in the ministry also voted on a proposal to Overture aviation University , US to activate twinning with the Ministry of transport , "adding , " directed a number of invitations to international companies discreet in order to benefit from their experience and capabilities in the projects of the ministry. " 
    the statement stressed that" the ministry is working according to a method depends professionalism and efficiency in the development and implementation of strategic projects in accordance with the clear vision of providing the best services to citizens across the broad transport sector to be so has achieved desires and ambition the aspirations of the Iraqi citizen of many transport services. " 
    It will be Airways Iraq, which the Ministry of transport announced that its foundation is the " government second company "to fly in Iraq after Iraqi Airways that its founding dates back to the thirties of the last century. 
    the history of the founding of the Iraqi Airways" green bird "due to ( 18 may 1938), when it recommended the Iraqi Aeronautical Society on the purchase of three aircraft type (Darkin Rapid), in aircraft factories (de Havilland), it has reached Baghdad Saturday ( the first of October 1938), and a domestic trips and to neighboring countries. 
    Iraq had possessed more than 20 civilian aircraft Ilyushin Russian (eastern Fleet) , an Iraqi Airways prior to1991, were destroyed , mostly in desert storm, and the transfer of the other part of them to neighboring countries during the period of sanctions. 
    Iraq has signed in May 2008, the first two decades with the company (Boeing) US to buy 40 aircraft, and thesecond with the company (Bombardier) Canadian, to buy ten aircraft, while the Ministry of Finance showed that the total value of the two contracts amounting to five billion dollars. 
    acknowledges Iraq since the end of 2012 until the month of October of the year 2015, the number of Boeing aircraft within the site with the company 's contract and that it is hoped that the end of the year end 2018, also received a Bombardier aircraft CRJ900 over the past years, bringing the number of its fleet of aircraft about 32 aircraft a subsidiary of Iraqi Airways. 
    the Ministry of transport announced in ( 20 March 2015) received the new aircraft from Boeing under thecontract signed between Iraq and the company during the year 2008, while confirming that the Iraqi Airways fleet currently consists of 28 aircraft.
