US defense threatens to "military response" to the Iranian forces in Syria

The Minister of Defense Secretary, James Mattis, on Wednesday that his country's troops stationed in some areas of Syria will not shoot at one only in self-defense, pointing to Washington to coordinate with Moscow on approach from the government of Syrian forces or Iranian elements Maھa exist.
He said Mathis in a press statement transferred the website of the Pentagon that "in the context of military operations in Syria should focus on areas of the presence of the enemy," asserting that "US forces will not fire on one of the only self-defense."
He added that "the US side do Jھoda to coordinate with the Russians in cases of approaching other forces, such as forces or governmental forces, Russian, as Americans realize that Iranian elements or members of Hezbollah may be next to those forces."
Mathis explained that "rules prevent the clash with Russian troops remain open at various levels, including communications between the two Prime ھیita Staff, and the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, and the lines for the operations field," pointing out that "there are situations that require recourse to Prevent engagement line, but in other cases have US forces to shoot Ajawaba. "
He stressed that "we refuse to be dragged into a battle there in the midst of the Syrian war, the civil, and we are trying to put an end to it through diplomatic efforts," ruling out of a military escalation between troops backed by Iran in Syria, his country's troops.
