Saber al-Okaili, a coalition MP, said on Thursday that the killers of protesters have no tolerance at all, as anyone who intervenes to kill demonstrators, especially in [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/644/%D8%B0%D9%8A %D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B1]Dhi Qar and[/url] Najaf, will be held accountable .
Al-Okaili said in a statement that "the demand is clear to hold accountable the killers of the demonstrators, especially in the province [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/644/%D8%B0%D9%8A %D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B1]of Dhi Qar and[/url] Najaf, especially Lieutenant General Jamil al-Shammari."
He added that "investigations in the event that proves that Adel Abdul-Mahdi is linked to the file of killing demonstrators, it will not emerge from this file, and therefore many politicians rely on the principle of allowing, but this can not be at the expense of the blood of young people who were martyred in the demonstrations."
Al-Okaili said that "allowing and forgetting the victims who fell in the demonstrations means the participation of the House of Representatives in the murder, and therefore it will not leave and will not be forgiven who killed the demonstrators."
