The Ministry of Commerce announced, on Wednesday, the deposit of two new batches of wheat marketers dues for the year 2020, in approved banks.
The ministry said in a statement that "People" received a copy of it (March 10, 2021), "All amounts allocated to wheat marketers for the 2020 season for the eighth and ninth meals, amounting to 492 billion dinars, have been deposited."
According to the statement, the director general of grain trade in the ministry, Abd al-Rahman al-Jwaibrawi, said, “Based on the directions of the Minister of Trade, all branches and locations of the grain company have been directed to follow up the arrival of notices with the banks in order to organize the instruments related to the farmers and marketers dues for the eighth and ninth batches of 2020 and distribute them to the beneficiaries according to Authorized Distribution System.
